"Hurdles, Kicks a man" has to be one of my favorite calls in NFL history, I also don't think it deserves a spot on this list in spite of being a very obvious, and hilarious penalty.

I remember watching that game when Charles Martin slammed Jim McMahon on his passing shoulder after the play was over (5:00). It put McMahon on the IR for the rest of the season. That has to be the dirtiest cheap shot in NFL history. The play had been over for 10-15 seconds and Martin just walked up to McMahon and picked him up and slammed him down right on his shoulder. He was suspended for two games it should have been life.
