It was a cheap shot. He was facing Dixon during the INT and saw him with his knee down. Fortunately Dixon wasn't injured.

The fact the announcers didnt acknowledge the cheap shot is straight outta the 80s-90s announcing when they would miss the most obvious and eggregious calls, fouls, screw ups for the sake of praising something else or get too caught up in what happened prior.
