You left out a HUGE part of the Bose, the Bose supports SNAPDRAGON SOUND, such as APTX Adaptive
you cant just put them lower than the sony by hiding what the Bose can do!

I won’t lie here, best purchase for money will be the XM4’s imho. They were peak Sony man and they still hope up really well.

I disagree.

XM5’s have very little ear padding and it’s gets really hot quickly. It has a very easy to scratch plastic material, the Sony app itself is also outdated and had many problems within that side. The headband of the XM5’s tend to move more than other headbands due to its round design. Without EQ adjusting they sound horrible. The only good thing about the XM5’s is that they are great for audio calls. Other than that the Bose beats it in all areas. If you’re an Apple user you have no reason to buy the XM5’s too since you won’t use the better sound quality APTX since it’s not supported but Apple Music free of charge already gives you the lossless audio.

Highly disagree, seems like every youtuber always recommend the Sony over the other headphones. But truthfully, from the XM3 onwards, the XM4 and XM5 is nothing but a freaking let down. For Bose, the QC45 is a let down as well, but they then giving out a newer QC with the same amount of money and fixed the problem on the QC45.

Comfort wise: Bose takes the lead
Sound Quality wise: Bose deliver a better overall sound quality without having you going to change the EQ out of the box. The Sony just a muddy bloated bass headphones. A huge downgrade from the XM4 and goes on. Bose giving you a more balanced, neutral with a little bass boosted, more relaxing sounding
ANC wise: Bose win again.

But when we talking about headphones, the first priority comes to them is the Comfort & Sound Quality comes at first. The Bose will kick the Sony out of the ring. And when you're only focus on Sound Quality only but you want it to be wireless ? Take the Audeze Maxwell or the Sennheiser Momentum 4. They're the beast

The Sony xm4 and xm5 can’t wear for long, ears become sweaty. I returned them and went for Bose QC cypress green. 😅

Sony xm5 sounds horrible for its price. M4 and px7 s2 sound much better and both are cheaper.

Bose has long been relying on their name, but there has not been any groundbreaking innovations in their products since years and the price was way higher than the competitors. As we say, “competition never sleeps”.
