Dispensing System From Smart Labtech

Smart Labtech Dispensing system is perfectly designed to measure material placed on the weighing pan of each balance connected with easy viewing at top of the height of all balances.

In this video, you can see the COMPLETE SS304 KIOSK panel with 10” HMI, Mouse, keypad & printer. HMI contains 3 serial ports (RS232 – 2nos, RS485 – 1no) & 1 ETHERNET port for communication of balances, USB for easy data import & export. Dispensed Material data will be recorded & stored for future usage & extraction from it.

Scale model: 10” HMI WITH MULTI BALANCE CONNECTIVITY & KIOSK PANEL.

Where-as HMI 10” will be used as DATA ENTRY terminal using the wireless mouse & keypad for entering the data related to the materials are going to be dispensed using one of the 3 connected balances.

A common dot matrix printer is being used for printing the dispensed material data for any of the 3 balances connected to the HMI.

A total of more than 10 variables of entry can be done before starting the dispensing of a material like, “EQUIPMENT ID, MATERIAL CODE, MATERIAL NAME, MATERIAL EXPIRY DATE, AR NO/IN-HOUSE BATCH NUMBER, PRODUCT NAME, PRODUCT CODE, BATCH NUMBER, REFERENCE NUMBER, APART FROM THE DATE, TIME, GROSS, TARE & NET WEIGHTS”.
