Qatar airways 1st class is the one to book i would say at the moment. The contender being Singapore airlines, however Singapore is many time more expensive. Qatar 1st has great service, comfy seats, good tv screen, although the onboard movies need to be updated and changed more often. The lounge in Doha is extravagant, huge and the dining is top class. The resting rooms were a little disappointing.... everything else was better than expected. If you have a 2 hour connection or start your journey, then fully enjoy the 1st class lounge its actually worth the visit. The only downside to the Doha airport, there were not really any good savings on high end brands.

Catch a taxi or the train into the city next time. Even book a day room at a hotel. Never seen anyone use those pods before.
