From what I've read about the Louis Vuitton Lounge, access is exclusive to Privilege Club Gold and Platinum members. A Business Class ticket alone won't get you in. The food is supposed to be a step above the First Class Al Safwa Lounge however there is a charge for everything on the menu.

This is a really well made, informative video, thank you. It's especially interesting to me as I fly Tokyo - Dubai a few times most years, then onward to UK. I usually use Emirates, but the Qatar Q suite looks really good. Definitely much better than the rather tired old Emirates 777 cabin from Haneda to Dubai with it's awful 2-3-2 angle recline seats. I think I prefer the Emirates flight from Narita in the A380 - the Q suite seat does look better than the Emirates A380 seat, but the Emirates A380 seat is OK plus the A380 has the wonderful onboard bar/lounge. Also Emirates' own business/first lounge at Narita is exceptionally good, whereas the JAL lounge used by Qatar at Haneda is not up to much.

Many people will choose between Haneda and Narita according to where they live. For me, Narita is very convenient as the Keisei Railway has a station one minute from our home, and it's easy to transfer to the Skyliner Airport Express. One good point about flying Emirates from Haneda is that there is a free car transfer to/from your home or hotel in Tokyo for business and first customers.
Emirates also have the advantage of many more routes and flights than Qatar, which makes it much easier to change schedules, especially if there are onward connections. Still, the Q suites look really good, and maybe I'll try Qatar in the future.
