It has been known to snow along the Great Lakes in the USA on Halloween. Used to wear my costume outside of layered clothing. In S Ohio and Central Western Ohio it is often about 40 deg F. ( 4.4 deg C, not quite freezing)

I really enjoyed seeing the beaches of Toronto! I would love to visit there and walk on the boardwalk as the sun sets! Very beautiful! I look forward to learning about Bulgaria! One man from Ireland visited Montenegro which would be kind of close. It is mountainous with some extraordinarily beautiful Churches you may like to visit if the opportunity arises!
