In December 1980, strange lights were seen over Rendlesham Forest, England. What followed is said to have been a military cover-up of epic proportions, ranking alongside the Roswell UFO Incident as one of the greatest UFO mysteries of all time. It is said that an alien craft landed; extraterrestrial beings were encountered by USAF personnel; and even that sinister Men In Black (MIBs) were deployed by government agencies to suppress information.

Quite the interesting case here, I'm glad to see you tackle the timeline of events with an open yet still analytical mind. It truly is worrying that despite so much information on the subject there's still so much mystery and secrecy around this case. I learned a lot that I wasn't aware of from this, especially regarding those two paranormal investigators and the trouble they received for looking further into it. When i was a child, maybe 9 to 10 years old, i was outside with 2 friends of mine, we gad just finished playing football and took a seat to rest and talk for a while before going home for the night, we all lived like 2 to 3 mins from each other, so it wasn't unusual for us to stay out till 9 to 10pm in the summer since everyone knew each other where we lived. While we were sitting around we noticed a light in the sky, it caught our attention because the sky was clear and this light was kind of flashing, we stood there looking at it, than multi colors started to flash in a downward spiral, imagine drawing a childish christmas tree upside down in a spiral, it was like that, with multicolored spirals, and they were coming out of a central glowing golden white light at the top center. We were mesmerized by it for maybe 20 seconds until the fear kicked in and we all just start running away each to their own house.
I never told my parents about it, but next day when all the kids and teens met up to play football we told them about what we saw, and some of the older Kids said they themselves had seen some weird lights where we lived, keep in mind we're from a rural, RURAL area, where raising livestock is a way of life and we were surrounded by pastures with no town around us, just a small "island" of houses smack in the middle of pastures.
Ever since that day i became a believer that there are certain things in the sky that i believe are not of our wolrd, and what i saw was no plane, no drone, since there was no drones back then...it was something that i cannot describe other than a UFO....
