So true. I used to be a workaholic. Working almost everyday was a normal for me. Sometimes I felt irritated when my family bothered while I was working and responded in a harsh tone. But after I got hospitalised a couple times bc of overworking and my doctor said I could die young if I kept that lifestyle, I realised that I was dumb. Now I change my schedule so that I can spend more time with my family. Turns out, it's not bad to relax and have a real talk with someone else (not work related talk)

Balance is key. While healthy relationships are indeed extremely important, you would be foolish to cast the things you are passionate about and the value you want to provide to the world aside to solely to work on your relationships with others and vice versa.

Funny because just today I came to realize that my golden age was when I was ultra competitive and took responsability for things that weren't even in my control. My desire to be the best at everything I do was sky high, but I actually did the stuff and became hella good at a bunch of stuff. You may think "I bet you were so unhappy", I did get frustrated about dumb stuff sometimes but this insane drive to achieve things took me to a place of abundance in every aspect. Nowadays I'm way more chill and I have nothing of what I achieved back then, that's why I say "funny", I was way happier(and proud of myself) back then

But isnt impressing people, how humans get other people to love/respect you.

If you think about it, I wouldnt have to try so hard to be better, if people loved me for who I already was. We work hard, to be loved, and in the journey we learn that there more to life then people and their opinions.

But im sure the clip is something that made sense in the context.
