Plz don’t take this wrong. I am a 70 yr old grandma. My kids have their own lives and as my grandsons get older the whole family have their lives. I have made so many changes in my life to be closer to the grandkids and my kids but their lives keep moving on, in a different direction. Finally I realized to make decisions for myself because let’s say i move closer to them they could decide to move elsewhere. May not be your situation but they do have their own lives which doesn’t necessarily consider you. I still have a relationship with all of them but not making decisions regarding my life according to them anymore and it is such a relief. I’m not chasing anymore but enjoying every minute with them to the fullest. I am full time rving too.

You are going to love seeing that grand baby on a regular basis and you are gonna have great memories with her and your daughter. You won’t regret it. And, when she’s older and doing her own thing, you can always pick it up again. Love you guys! Appreciate your videos.

You are making the right decision. Family is so important, and being a grandparent is the best part of life. We had 8 years of travel and used the rv to travel back and forth between VA and Enterprize, AL, where our grandchildren lived and still traveled out west. It was such a great life. While out west, my husband was diagnosed with cancer. We were forced to sell our truck and fifth wheel and find a place to rent while he received treatment. Had to buy all the furnishings again and buy a vehicle that was comfortable for him to ride in while going through treatment. Sadly, my husband passed away in March. It was a wonderful life and so glad we had that time on the road. Best of everything to you both.❤

We full timed for 5 years. Got to see the 48 contiguous states by RV and loved almost all of the time on the road. Then the grandkids came, and our focus changed. We downsized to a smaller RV to travel and love this life too.

Very sorry to see the end of this adventure.
But we moved across the country to be with our grandchild and daughter and be there to support them as much as possible.
Being a grandparent is the single greatest joy of our lives and we regret nothing.
We also sold everything and had to start from scratch in our new home.
