bro the short file is for 32 bit pc and big file is for 64 bit pc if you are confused why they give to setups

Hello, can someone help me with my MSE WINDOWS 7 32 BITS ?
It preleminarily detects a malware or virus advertised by a an exclamtion mark within a yellow triangle ( les résultas d'analyse préliminaire indiquent la présence de logiciels malveillants ou potentiellment indésirables ... in French ) usually after a minute's scan, be it a quick, full, or customised scan and as soon as the scan ends, BIG SURPRISE, NOTHING IS WRONG ANYMORE THE DETECTION OF ANY VIRUS OR MALWARE IS GONE, AND MY DEAR MSE TELLS ME MY PC IS FULLY PROTECTED and under surveillance ! NO THREAT HAS BEEN FOUND EVEN THOUGH I regularly download a malware/virus suppresssor from windows update. I have even installed other antiviruses to find a solution and try to suppress any threat on my PC ( ADW cleaner, Kaspersky ... ) and even Malwayres Bytes, but these DO NOT FIND ANYTHING AT ALL ! ...
