I just wanted to say if I was a game designer and I put myself in as a beatable trainer, I would make it very hard. Way I would make it hard is by having all my pokemon perfectly IV breed and EV trained. Make my pokemon know at least one strong egg move, have all my pokemon hold very useful items, and have the most useful abilities on them. Also I would have all my pokemon know a colourful (or colorful if you're American) moveset. But if you beat me you get a very generous amount of money, maybe about a small loan of 1 million Poke Dollars. Oh ya and a lot of items. Also I would make so that the trainer can battle me everyday. So... ya.

Rodri, some tips to consider: In Giant Chasm (where you found Kyurem), you can also find TM13 (Ice Beam). While it isn't as powerful as Blizzard, it is much more accurate. Also, you can find TM02 (Dragon Claw) on Victory Road. It might be a good replacement for Guillotine, considering what everyone is saying about the conditions necessary to utilize it.

Sucker punch will ussually always go first when your opponent uses a damaging attack, and guillotine are one hit k o, but usually fail against higher leveled pokemon.

Guillotine only hits pokemon that are below the level the pokemon using it is. So, Firnya will only hit pokemon which are level 68 and below with it. =)

what about the battle with Bianca at the beginning of the game

I be Surfin' on the Battle Subway enough to wreck 30 trains and da train ain't sustainin' no damage.

On a more serious note, Guillotine only works on lower-level Pokemon. And Sucker Punch always ges first, but failing if the target is using a move that deals no damage.

I haven't played in a while, but I believe that if you fly to Juniper's lab and talk to Bianca, you can then find and battle Cheren to the left of Nimbasa City (Route 5)

Rodri for the OHKO moves you can only use them if the opponents pokemon are at the same or lower level from yours! Thats why it says unaffected because the other pokemon was higher level!

Sucker punch always goes first and it hits if your target is going to use an attack move in the same turn@ PurpleRodri

One-hit-kill moves like horn drill and guillotine. They only can user it on lower level pokemon. If it hit it, it'll say, "It's one hit KO!". If it's not, it'll say, "(your foe) is unaffected!" or Miss.
