I have created a quick instructions document, and a background information document, too. Now I see how to link them. Thank you! 😊

This actually works great.

Maybe you can help me going one step further. I am trying to create a table in one document and link to another document by changing a word in the table that will replace a word in the other document.

Example: Document 1 will be a table with Name, Address, Phone Number and it what every I type next to each one will automatically change each one to another document or multiple documents at the same time.

As it stands right now. I have to change some words in the first report and some of the same words are used in other report. When a customer requires several reports, it is very time consuming and opens for errors. If I were to create a table list, then all I would have to do is fill out the table and it would update all reports. So far, I haven't found anything that performs this task.
