Nice video, I use Libre with Blucon and love them to control my blood glucose values. The alarms are nice and loud enough to wake me up. You can adjust your BG ranges to whatever you want. The best part of blucon is I can calibrate it for higher accuracy!

Hyperglycemia first develops in T2D when the insulin resistant liver produces and releases way too much glucose. The ability to store glycogen is greatly impaired. Insulin levels are 3 to 4 times normal. You must lower the insulin level by eliminating glucose sources in the diet. The liver makes all the glucose needed. Carbohydrates are not essential like protein and fats. Then BG will be controlled and the reduced insulin levels will allow the insulin resistance to reverse. The ADA guidlines now acknowledge a low carb diet is a treatment for T2D. Consider this carefully!
