I had to work until 36 weeks bc I was finishing up my 3 yrs nursing training. I was 1 week off full term.I had to take the lift. Could hardly walk. The hospital made a sling to carry my belly.Both my twins together weighed over 15 pounds and my partner abandoned us. Now 32 yrs later still single.No such things as “ photo shoots” back then. Things have changed. These photoshoots are lovely. My mother said my pregnant belly was disgusting when I took a photo of it for my own memory and to show my twins.I will never understand why my pregnancy wasn’t celebrated

Ok, so I saw this post when I was relatively newly pregnant with twins. I am so glad I took your advice!!! I booked my maternity shoot early (at 26 weeks) because of your suggestion. I was hospitalized the next week due to a complication that requires constant monitoring. So here I am posting while laying on the hospital bed at 31 weeks. Just praying they stay in there as long as possible. Just wanted to thank you for the great advice!

Twins are super fun 🎉🎉!! I had boy/girl twins back in 1997 and I regret not taking enough pictures. My belly got to 44" from top to bottom; that was HUGE & I have very few pictures showing how big I was. I was almost full term 2 weeks early - my boy 7lbs. 4oz., my girl 5lbs.9oz, healthy and beautiful ❤️❤️ CONGRATULATIONS!!

I think a lot of that applies only to women who are pregnant in the summer. Because I have no choice but to buy clothes because I’m freezing 😂

Ooh my gosh! I just found out that I am pregnant with twins at 26 weeks. I noticed that I have a big belly but never thought it could twins. Wow I am excited but scared to. 😊

I’m currently 37 weeks pregnant and found that eating a fresh apple after each meal helped me with acid reflux. Idk if it helps with everyone, but trying it wouldn’t hurt right?😇

Yes its true…had twins and was still working till pre eclampsia made me stop at 30 weeks and babies were born at 33 and half weeks…note to self after everything..’ The swollen feet and the fact basically only my birkenstocks could be adjusted to fit my feet was afterall not just twin pregnancy swelling😅’As she said….if something feels wrong…rather have it checked out

This is my third pregnancy. My first two were single babies and now I get two in one, my only fear is getting so huge as I was extremely swollen in my first and then had pre-eclampsia at the very end of my pregnancy. I did not feel beautiful throughout my entire pregnancy. but now I have to keep reminding myself that I am carrying two whole life’s inside of me.

Oh wow! The only thing that helped my sweeling was sassy water!! Infused water with ginger, lemon, celery and cucumbers. I didn't have as much swelling as this but when I drank it I had zero swelling.

Aww my twin boys will be 10 in May! I can so relate to the feet issue lol I had my daughter prior to twins and never experienced that. I had to wear ballet slippers because nothing fit. Also, had to stop working around 30 weeks due to feet and ankles. My skin was cracking, just painful. Had them at 38 weeks. wish I took a video and definitely more photos. I just felt like blah lol even if you feel like that ladies take the videos and photos! Don’t wanna regret it like myself. You look absolutely beautiful btw!!❤

I worked as a nurse at a clinic till 41 weeks. It’s fine. The midwife actually told me to keep working, it’s good for you, she said. It just depends on the pregnancy. I worked everyday, 5 times a week, 40 hours a week and had to drive 45 min to work and it was fine :)
