Awesome content thank you! I've watched quite many of your videos the past days and one note I'd like to make, in the most recent ones the background music is perhaps a bit too loud and it's a little distracting while you speak as well. Anyway, great videos and advice, nicely fresh approach!

Thank you will try it today is day one. You should do a training Video on starting from day one. With a how to do that exercise step by step and teach us the muscle group that exercise is for ect.

so uh how do i start calisthenics if ive never worked out before and can barely hold myself up in a push or pull up

While as a whole I agree, some details are a bit incorrect. Science says there is not much happening during foam rolling, especially no fascial [anything]. Personally I think it helps recovery (better sleep..), tho. The chest stretch seems bad for the lower spine - use the foam roll for this - check out Hoopers Beta for work on posture.
