Here's a great video detailing what happens when you have a rebreather failure deep underwater.

Guys, I don't like you saying nevermind no one's watching because there is planty of us and I really enjoy watching you and you help with my depression, and I feel like you do not give yourself enough credit how amazing you are 🤗 ❤️

Still here guys… 😊
BTW: Those “aliens” look like Salps “sea squirts” (Salpidae Thalia) they form together in long chains.

I'm still here with Terry - found part 1 and part 2 of these videos fascinating. As an open circuit diver I am intrigue by all the procedures involved with closed circuit.

I had a friend… a best friend actually who passed a couple years ago at the age of 29.
He loved diving. He loved the underwater world. I never understood it. Truly, never understood what could be cool enough to be worth all the risks.

His death was completely irrelevant to diving, but I always remember that he had a weird condition. He would get extreme vertigo sometimes just in the middle of the day. Turning his head too fast or something… idk.
He always said that it was from diving years ago.

Anyway, just want to say that after he passed I got into videos about diving. I watched a few channels before this one, and since I’ve seen one of your videos I don’t think I have watched anything else.

I am always trying to educate myself in the fight against dunning Kruger effect. Random things… nuclear reactors, marine engineering, welding, whatever. Anything that is way deeper than what people think.
I’d say that you guys are very top tier in your knowledge on technical diving. I have half a mind for getting a diving cert now, which I would have never ever thought I’d be interested in.
I think you guys have made it seem far less scary for me.
It’s like an algorithm…. If you follow a set of rules then you shouldn’t have a problem.

Maybe one day fellas… maybe one day. And if so, you two guys have done your part to keep it alive.

As a CCR Tech diver, and a dive instructor this is a great video to watch, I also watched the original video as well.

I don't dive and don't really want to. But I love learning how things work, that's why this channel is so fascinating to me. Loved both parts keep up the good work guys

I’ve never dived. I love water submersion, putting my ears and cranium under water in a hot bath. It is the only time I reach hemi-sync. The pressure change, the energy shift, and the sound vibrations are so fascinating to me. I’ve been watching dive talk for years. I love to learn so your channel does so much for my expansion of mind. Thank you for all you guys do. My dog passed last December and your videos were not showing up on my cue. When I get really sad and have an immense cry about her, I can put your videos on and escape into another world, where that pain is alleviated for a bit.

I’m still here and really enjoying this. Again, I’m not a diver but I’m learning so much especially how u stop and explain. And I love the cool sea life. Just keeping being you! You both are amazing!!

Made it to the end. Never dived or caved, but I watch a lot of caving and deep diving videos and they scratch the same itch as a good horror movie. Tension, suspense, people doing insane stuff, crazy spaces, looming threat. You guys were the first channel I ever encountered in this "genre" in you will, and you were great at explaining the essentials and helping me figure out what was going on, and you're pretty funny.

No better feeling than another Dive Talk reaction. This one especially was very informative and finally showed the aliens Woody told us about

I started diving in June 2024. I've had some good training (open water plus 4 other classes so far) and about 35 dives. I have learned so much about diving safety from your videos because of the way you break down what is happening. Thanks!

Damn, Gus lost a lot of weight! I keep seeing 3 year old reruns and this is the first recent vid.
Congrats 👏

This is one of the most interesting. I’ve seen the original first and was thinking you should do a review. But this guy did awesome.
