How do you modify this for the folks that are chunky in the front, have a bit of a protruding belly?
Touching my head to my knees is not possible for me yet. My spine try’s to stay strait. It doesn’t want to arch upward. All of the bending happens at my neck. My rear end rises up from my ankles.
