I watched this last night you made your must in a way similar to my Grape Ape Pyment. The key difference was that mine was not a wild ferment and I used both whit and Concord grape with mashed up seedless red grapes. Next time I make Grape ape I’ll do it with wild yeast.

I bought Carlo Rossi and dumped it down the drain, it's cost was less than the carboy's price where I had looked. I could've found a use for it with recipes but I was a greenhorn back then.

What an amazing video! i love seeing natural fermentations, I conduct yeast hunting in my local area and after a few months i have FINALLY found a strain that came from a Native Australian WildFlower called a Wattle tree which has been stable and a great fermenter. keep up the awesome videos from your friends here down under.

Could you use the grape skins and seeds as a source of tannins? If so, you could eliminate the tea bag.

Does backsweetening changes the final alcohol volume of a finished wine?

All you need is suction one bottle use the one he is using for the grape juice you see squeeze it add in all smashed fruits without dont wash them your basically taking a small cover thin layer of natural bacteria also good for the fermentation process and just kee adding suction because it will try o escape air from building up preassure so what you could buy is something called a airlock added to it and once you store it in a nice room temperature room for around 15 days you could get up to 10 to 18% alcohol if you want more use natural honey the more natural the better or use sugar cane sugar you can add as much as you think it needs 🎉that be alk for cheap ways
