Tips:

1. Check the stats of the ships. Hovering over with your mouse shows the stats at the bottom.
2. Select ships seperately. Some ships have different speeds.
3. Peltas with the green circles heal your ships.
4. There are 2 types of acclamators, assault and carrier.

Loved the video Daley! Here's an F for the Mega fleet you lost last episode. If you use the "Control group" method of organization for your fleets, you can just press the number given to that group and only those units can act instead of having to click and drag for selecting units. To do this, just click on the units you want in each group and press "Ctrl+(group number)" . I think it's safe to say that you have also created the template for a "Vast Starship Task Force" which will be the Star Wars universe's take on the U.S. Navy's Fast Carrier Task Force from the Second world war, however, I do propose that you add 4 Venator's and at least 2 Victory-1's or -2's to you "Dece Fleet" just to try and "Chonk it up" a bit!

Daley In defensive battles if you have a space station that is a higher level then lvl1 they spawn good enough ships (dreadnoughts) they infinitely spawn and if your enemy is far away just continuously send ships so they take casualties. Also when you fight enemy fleets the top ship is their strongest ship in the fleet so when you attacked barlock the ship at the top was a diamond.

Oh my God the big station with the Rebel Ship was like a giant complex for building Cruisers

Hey Daley when there are smaller ships with one big ship stay where you are and have the enemy ships come to you because the big ship would be much slower than the other ships so by the time it arrives you have destroyed the smaller ships.

Upgrade Kuat's space station to a capital level. There you can build Praetor's, they are costly but very effective. Remember you have to manually activate the mines you deploy. Select the mine and press the button above the mine icon(i think it looks like a hand). Finally I like turning on all of the icons, there just to the right of the map. They can tell you the space station level of each planet and how many buildings you can place on a planet etc.

I used to watch in awe of how many ships were there but then I figured out that one Preator is better with support ships. Still cool to look still.

Those big ones are called Lucrehulks. And two advices. Get hypervelocity cannon on important worlds and the ones getting attacked most. They can even one-shot Lucrehulks. Get phase 2 clones. İt will give you some good bonuses.
