It is a traditional dish of balochistan and liked through out pakistan. The sajji recipe is simple but need some skills......first meat is marinated, the big pieces of meat are passed through wooden or iron rods and fire is lit around the meat in a circle .when the fire is changed in burning coal thn the meat is gradually brought to heated coal....meat Chang colour from red to brown and juice start to drip...dish is ready...
