Chicken Sajji || Balochi Sajji Recipe || Secret Sajji Masala || Sajji in Oven || Best Sajji Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Kg Chicken with Skin
2 TBS Salt
1/2 Cup White Venigar
8/10 Green Chillies
1 Inch Ginger Piece
8/10 Garlic Cloves
(Make a paste of green chilli, ginger and garlic)
Take a bowl and fill it with water. Add salt, venigar and chilli paste in it. Mix it and dip chicken in this water. chicken must be dipped in the water completely). Leave it for at least 7 to 8 hours else overnight for good result.
After overnight marination take out chicken from water and keep in baking tray. Brush it with oil and keep in the oven on 180 gas mark for 1 and half hour.
Homemade Sajji Masala:
6 TBS White Cumin Seeds
6 TBS Whole Coriander
25 Dry Red Chilli
1 TBS Whole Black Pepper
7/8 Cloves
1 TS Carom Seeds
Roast all above spices and grind coarsely.
Powder Spices:
1 TBS Chicken Powder
1 TS Salt
1/2 TS Lemon Salt/Tatri
1 TBS Mango Powder
1 TBS Black Salt
1 TBS Regular Chaat Masala
1 TBS Red chilli Powder
Add all above Spices in grinded Masala.
One more important ingredients is garlic, Take 15/20 garlic cloves and fry in oil till golden brown. Let it cool down then grind it and mix it in above masala which we have already prepared. You can use this masala as sajji masala as well as chaat masala.
Once your chicken will be baked then take out in serving dish and sprinkle sajji masala.
