Hdfc life has acquired Exide Life Insurance which has an AUM of 19000 Crore. Exide Life Insurance has a strong base in Agency channel and was profitable for last 9 consecutive yrs and HDFC is strong in Banca Channel. HDFC life is surely going to grow in terms of AUM & Profits. I feel this is the right time to buy . What do think?
