I know plie squats work your entire lower body, but they're known for targeting the inner thighs. The thing is that I don't really feel it in my inner thighs or glutes. I feel it more in my quadriceps more than anything. I feel like my form is correct, so what could I be doing wrong? If anyone else experiences this, let me know.

I did one minute of the plie and then added 30 seconds of calf raises. I did it wrong then x.x
