3 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 ground black pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
2 tbsp oil
1 box (14-16 oz) of pasta
3 garlic cloves minced
3 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese; and extra for garnishing
2 tbsp chopped Italian parsley
