Hi, I have completed the DS-160 form online for my sister who resides in Iran. We chose the US Embassy in Armenia. After completing the form, I submitted the application, but I can not find the appropriate link to pay the visa fee online ( I am a us citizen and I wanted to pay it online here in California). Can you please advise? I do appreciate your response.
