Honda progressed where Harley slumped. Hondas priorities were to always make efficient and reliable small engines that still have ENOUGH to manage on the road. That's why they are usually the most practical choice for any motorized vehicle.

An older white guy with a biker stasche said "good fuckin job Honda, Harley's a rattle trap waiting to happen" when I pulled up to a store and he was walking out. I have a black 2003 Shadow ACE with performance jetting, open stacks and a cobra exhaust so it sounds loud.. this was the closest I was ever getting to Harley 😂
