Baked Beans(desi style). Have you tried the India version of baked beans on toast?
If not add it to your breakfast it is a decent amount of protein and if you make it from scratch (let me know if you need the recipe) it is absolutely without sugar. Sauté some onion and green chili with some butter add 1 can of vegetarian baked beans with a little milk. Heat thoroughly and then add cilantro . When serving take a buttered toast and then add beans so that they overflow add more onions and green chilis … (yes we like it hot… lol)!!
