Ingredients:
36 Oreos, crushed
90g unsalted butter, melted
480ml double cream
500g cream cheese
120g icing sugar
14 Oreos, chopped
6 Oreos, halved

1) Line a 23cm/9in cake tin with baking paper.

2) Add the crushed Oreos to a large bowl and mix them with the melted butter.

3) Pour 2/3 of the mix cake tin and press it down firmly with a wooden spoon.

4) Place your cake tin in the fridge for 15 minutes.

5) In another bowl, whisk the double cream until light and fluffy.

6) In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese and icing sugar together until smooth.

7) Add the (now whipped) double cream to your cream cheese mix and fold it in.

8) Add the chopped Oreos to the mix and fold them in.

9) Spoon the mix onto your Oreo base and spread it out evenly.

10) Add the remainder of your base mix to the top of your cheesecake and press it down gently.

11) Add the Oreo halfs around the edge for decoration.

12) Refrigerate for 5 hours minimum.

13) Enjoy!
