Some of you may not know that in addition to being a massage therapist and YouTube wellness host, I am also a writer.

I am super excited to announce the release of my new book, Glass Half Broken—a mind-bending fast-paced psychological suspense novel with a shocking twist!

My personal experience with mental illness inspired the creation of several characters in my novel, but it was my daughter, Sienna, whose vivid fantasy world compelled me to write this spellbinding story.
