Ross was not all annoying. In fact, Ross also tried to help Joey write a screenplay so Joey could play in the short film written by himself, not just waiting for the roles that didn't come, and Ross kept checking if Joey worked on it with a schedule. It's tough love and actually shows how much Ross cared! If every friend would just let you do nothing every day or didn't care at all that you have no job and you just sit all day at home, doing nothing, being lazy - now, that is NOT a friend. Because doing nothing is wasting your time and life, and especially Joey couldn't afford it. At least Ross tried to help and cared. Ross actually cared. I think just like Ross on this show, friends like this are underappreciated.

That quiet down thing is annoying but you guys gotta admit the guy got 2 divorces, sabbatical bc his boss ate his sandwich totes unfair btw, and suffer great enviction. Plus Joey and chandler are being loud. Ross is just trying to get things done
