Question, due to the partial closing, do you have any knowledge about "aging out" children of permanent residents during the immigration ban caused by the pandemic. any chance that it would be extended, or or once child is aged out will be considered as an adult?

It's not finished till yet. the 7 circuits of courts has appealed to put hold on that decision by chicago judge and that's ruling is put on hold again.

My husband has been trying to get his Visa for 3 years since 2017 public charge was not the law but it hit us in 2019 at his interview had a good sponsor.
