Breaking News on Trump’s Public Charge Regulation

There's breaking news concerning President Trump's public charge regulations on July 29, 2020. A federal court issued an injunction prohibiting USCIS from applying or implementing the new public charge regulations. And there's great news. USCIS has decided to abide by that injunction.

good day! my concern is I received the welcome letter that my petition to be immigrant was approved dated April 13, 2020, the priority date was October 2000. As of now we are gathering visa requirements, my question is does this subject to the new public charge rule or the old 1999? thank you very much..
