I also have a tilted uterus and have had an IUD before. I don't remember having any issues and I am so sorry for your experience. I am currently 2 weeks postpartum so sleep is valuable right now. I'm not sure what we are going to do for birth control yet...guess we need to discuss that lol. Glad you and your family are doing well.

Oh my gosh, your IUD story sounds quite traumatic! I opted for the implant in my arm. No issues, except my arm was bruised for about 2-3 weeks. Didnt hurt, just feels a little odd.
