Dionne Warwick ~ I'll Never Fall In Love Again (1969)

"Dionne Warwick" has got to be one of my favourite female singers and this song by her was released in 1969 and was composed by "Burt Bacharach". "Bobbie Gentry" also had a big hit with this song and her version made number 1 here in the uk charts but i prefer this version myself by Dionne.

I heard a girl in Barbados singing this song a few months ago, at Karaoke, and trust me she sounded exactly like Dionne singing this great song, great memories.

im happy to have enough appreciation of the old music, iam die hard fan of her cousin, Whitney, but the magic of music is gone after 2000's...

Dionne, Burt and Hal were a trio made in Heaven. This was such a timely sound and still holds up which makes much of what they recorded simply classics. Dionne used to come to the Regal theater in my town and I will admit, some of the Stars had low budgets and weren't always dressed the best, you know traveling. But Ms. Warwick oozed with class and good taste. I'm glad I witnessed her in her prime, even before this was cut.

to live in New York City all my life. I was privileged to see many great performers
