For those that have this issue with the instrument HUD after the most recent update (like I did), those settings were moved into “Assistance Options” under “User Experience”.

Thanks. I flew London to Edinburgh in the dark last night. I was confused for a while as it looked like Microsoft thought that Britain was covered in very large, white lampposts. I later realised they were the POI markers!

With each new update new problems arise (the guys at asobo should leave things that work as they are); in the last of November 2021 the instrument head-up display (hud) option has disappeared and there is no way to make the annoying instruments disappear in external view of the screen; Does this problem happen to someone else?

Brilliant tips, all work thank you. Is there a way to turn off the annoying notifications of " Connection lost - Connection Found", my wifi is ok and working fine, but keep getting annoying pop up of this !!

It would be great to have the option to show them on button press. E.g. linked to a HOTAS button to show them when pressed or as a trigger.

Some are interesting if you are sightseeing, but also they are very immersion breaking when they are on.

Thank you, it solved my problems. What about over speed, no matter how I set 250ks or more it still saying over speed? I cannot fix that

Go to assistance options, user experience, Instrument Heads Up Display Chase cam and turn it off
