Man, the actor does such a good job; you can hear Solas's speech patterns as Cole gives the message. Just such a phenomenal job with acting and with casting.

Solas is so polite even when doing horrible thing. eg "i must now insist you forget" really like cole had a choice. trespasser "i must now insist that your world dies" kindly by force.

He sounds exactly like solas. Even emulating his speech patterns, dialect, pronunciation etc. brilliant voice acting.

This just makes me wonder just how powerful Solas actually is. Being able to create the veil, turn people into stone without even looking at them, and even influence the mind of a spirit? That takes skill. Fighting this guy is going to be crazy. I wonder what kind of insane story they'll have for our protagonist in the next game to get even remotely close to matching his power.

Hearing the stumble at “forget” was plenty more than heart breaking enough, but... the slight hesitation between “once” and “cared”? The additional twisting of the knife in your heart?

This gave me chills and made my stomach dropped when Solas did this. This was the first time i was afraid of Cole... not because of what he is, but how someone powerful enough could control him... and my friend would never know. And that scared the shit out of me.
