That's why "FRAGILE: GLASS" labels are necessary. I work as a package handler, and things that aren't labelled as fragile will be tossed or dropped

If it arrives broken and it's expensive get a refund from the company if they say no. You can get a refund from your credit company if it was paid on credit.

I used to work at UPS and the state of this package doesn't surprise me. They push so much stuff on the loaders and that box was not handled properly coming down the line because most of management doesn't give larger packages the care they deserve. They have 1 person trying to get that off a conveyer belt with only 10 seconds to get a hand on it and placed in the truck. Make them refund you for damages and best wishes on the sick build!

Dats what happens when the shipper don't label the package when it contains glass or fragile items. If it doesn't say "FRAGILE GLASS" "HANDLE WITH CARE" Everywhere, then you will know that in 99.99% cases its shattered/broken.

As a driver for UPS, do NOT order expensive and fragile things. When the morning shift unloads packages from the semi trailers to put on the UPS trucks, they let stuff fall all over the trailer.

Never expect a large or heavy package to arrive without a dent or some kind of damage no matter the company. Gotta package those suckers nice and tight with lots of padding
