If you put a PAL VHS in a Toshiba NSTC VCR, you'll get a clear picture. But it's black and white and the audio is high pitched.

For whose dont know:
If you try to run 50hz video on a 60hz only player the vcr will sync in a wrong way and because of that the vcr send tv false input causing this mess.
Sometimes my tv boots 50hz instead of 60hz and same happens too
