1:12 That "I am Queen of the most powerful nation in the world and my entire family is gone, have I not given everything?" hits hard.

"MINE is with the ancestors" gives me chills. My god, this woman has been killing it for decades. Give her the damn Oscar not just for this but her entire catalog of work!

I know how Ramonda feels, losing a husband to murder, losing a son to illness, and almost losing a daughter kidnapped by the tribe.

I felt so bad for Okoye, she didn't deserve it but I completely understand where the queen is coming from... She's speaking out of a broken heart... A mother mourning the death of her first born, her daughter kidnapped by a new crew she has absolutely no idea about, to top it off needs to protect a new girl from getting killed... She's done. 💔😭😭😭

I like how she called out Okoye and everyone for not doing anything while killmonger was in charge

I love when she refers to the queen as “MOTHER.”

I don't blame Queen Ramonda for lashing out at this point. She lost her husband to terrorist bombing, lost her son through Illness and now she fear she may have lost Shuri. To add Insult to Injury the whole tribe except for the Jabari sided with Killmonger.

To be fair the Queen was against Okoya taking along Shuri for the mission to retrieve Riri Williams. But Okoya Insisted and assured the Queen that everything would be OK and would protect Shuri. She maybe a Queen but she's also a parent.

— Many may disagree with my thoughts, but BP:WF has probably the most emotionally charged storyline ever since post-Endgame era .

"I am Queen of the most powerful nation in the world, and my entire family is gone! HAVE I NOT GIVEN EVERYTHING?!" - the line alone is powerful, but Angela Bassett adds grief, rage, power, her entire soul to that line. In that moment, she truly gives EVERYTHING.
This better win her the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress.

Wtf this acting is on a other level….. what? How do they make their voices tremble like that? This is a masterclass . This is the best acting I’ve seen in a very long time.

It really is sad. You can see Okoye really wants to make things right, and she knows she’s hurt the Queen when she only had her and Wakanda’s best interest at heart. She begged to die for her country and was denied and rejected 😢 there’s more emotion to this scene than it’s given credit for

Her “killmonger” was like music . His evil left a impact on wakanda that will never go away. and the way she said it made it perfect

I like how she not only took a jab at okoye but towards the elders who betrayed her and wouldn’t help her and shuri when Killmonger supposedly killed Tchalla and took the throne and the Jabari of all tribes helped them despite their disagreements in running Wakanda

I appreciate that no one forgets anything that happened in the previous BP film.

Ramonda pulled up the receipts 🤣

I still watch this scene over and over. Everyone in this scene who had a chance to speak gave everything with their performance. Vocals, the body lanuage, hands trembling. Even the boarder tribe leader. It was just a beautiful movement to see so much black excellence.

The emotions she's delivering along with the tongue rolls are everything

You can feel disappointed, sad, angry and regret at the same time. What a powerful scene.

what's better in this scene is Okoye goes through 5 stages of grief, here's the timelapse:
0:32 denial
0:36 anger
0:41 bargaining
1:29 depression
2:10 acceptance
