Nelson State of Mind | The North Face • Whitewater Resort

We followed a storm to Whitewater Resort in Nelson, BC, and spent four days boot-packing around Canada's most inspiring slackcountry. The North Face team riders Brin Alexander, Mitch Davern, and Jack MacDougall made the most of their lift tickets riding first chair 'till last light. Trips like these act as a reminder to just go somewhere, go with the flow, make new memories outside of the bubble, and recapture the feeling that made snowboarding so special to you in the first place.

I’m going to whitewater this Friday. I got a lot of family in Nelson. My grandparents own “High Terrain” a helicopter company

Whitewater is a little local hill, not a mountain resort. Long lift lines, sits in the snow shadow of Red Mountain... All the locals know out of towners should go to Revy!

Sweet video. I went out there last year end of Jan/beginning of Feb and it was the worst out west snow trip ever. Ironic that they have great snow this year beginning of Dec. I loved Nelson, so willing to give it another go. Problem is the base elevation is so low which is why we got rain while so many other places got snow. Glad you guys had an amazing time. Hoping I get it to in the future!
