I really like how the Rare Americans band has essentially created a universe and a world. This is the only band that I can think of that does this

The production quality on this video is clearly impressive. Lyrically I agree with the song in some ways I was certainly doing it myself but me and my friends online have met in person at conventions we're all equally fond of. In fact I'm rooming with two of them for another convention later this year and had 3 friends stay in my booked hotel room at another con back in February. I can admit I'm terminally online still though.

Absolutely amazing stuff. Love the song and the visuals; and the message especially, really makes me reflect. I love the internet for all it did for me in terms of education, research and keeping in contact with/meeting people- but it was also painful too see the summary of just how much I'm spending online- and sometimes I worry that the online me is having a much better life than the actual me, and that makes me prolong the screentime even further...

I tried really hard to go see you at the Dragon Boat Festival. The anxiety got in the way, I couldn't even get out of the car. 😅 It's so frustrating, I got all ready, and drove an hour. But still couldn't bring myself to actually go. Now I'm mad and sad at the same time. Next time, I gotta push myself more, cause I really enjoy all your music. I was there in spirit at least!
