This woman has no right to post this publicly as if it applies to every situation. I take this as the advice she would give to her clients—clients she supposedly ‘knows’ on some level.

There are parents asking these questions because they lie awake at night, torn between fear and uncertainty—not knowing, or worse, knowing, what is happening at the other parent’s house. GPS tracking isn’t just a convenience; it can be a lifeline for a parent who is sick with worry, desperate for any assurance that their child is safe.

You are fortunate not to understand this reality. But don’t use that privilege to dismiss or discourage parents who are doing everything in their power to protect their children—especially those being failed by the justice system and every system meant to protect them.

Did you know that the gizmo watches allow the admin parent to listen in on the child without their knowledge or consent? My son and I realized this today as his father started talking to him through the watch unprompted. Both of us felt that our privacy had been infringed upon and my son began panicking wondering how long his dad had been listening in on him for. A highly unethical feature in my opinion and something parents should be informed about!
