How To Do Leg Swings
1. Stand with feet hip width apart, close to a wall or chair you can use for balance if needed.
2. Shift your weight onto your left leg.
3. Keeping your torso upright, swing your right leg forward in one smooth movement as high as you can.
4. Swing the same leg back down and behind you as far as you can without leaning forward.
5. Move with control, using the muscles rather than momentum to drive the movement.
6. Repeat for desired reps or time and perform on opposite leg.
