MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE‼️
Bottom line, our bodies were design to move and many of us are not getting enough of it.
The lack of movement and mobility can lead to stiffness, pain & dysfunction. Here are 2 tips to help you get moving:
1️⃣ Your input should equal your output. For every day of exercise we do, we should match with 5-10 minutes of mobility.
2️⃣ We should be getting at least 150 minutes of moderate exercise a week, ideally broken down into five 30 minute sessions
