This looks really fun! Looking to play this with my partner as they are a bit newer to games. We like playing things that are short and easy to pick up, this seems to meet those requirements and looks so cute too.

Went ahead and picked this up to play on the channel. Think this would be a good intro game for our family members and friends that are not as familiar with worker placement and more hobby games.

Regular Everdell is honestly less confusing. We had both and I gave away the My Lil Everdell one.

I like how the shortest player starts the game and kids can optionally start with 2 extra cards in their tableau. At 2:32 that means this video is implying that of the two players in the video, the parent is shorter than the child.

Have someone had a chance to play with 6 year old kids? My 6y.o. daughter plays Azul/Avel Chronicles/Barenpark etc. with us and she deals with those pretty well. However, My Lil' Everdell seems a bit more complicated than previously listed ones.

Looks like a lot of fun, just not sure I could play it with my 6 year old; looks a little too complicated for that. Maybe in a year or two.
