I’m so grateful for your content! I shared Julie’s fear and hesitation last month when I experienced sharp pain on my left knee. I found your videos and learned so much! I’ve learned to identify when my knee hurts; is it pain or is it “awareness” of the sensitive area. I thought I had to fully recover before attempting to run again. But I took a chance and followed your tips/plan and I was able to finish my duathlon pain free last week! Thank you so much!

well done Julie! working with Brodie and seeing other people's success stories, tell me that there is always hope to come back to run pain free. all you need is: a) trust the process, b) be patient with yourself and c) stick to the plan :)

thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. Your podcasts and videos are so helpful. I also listened to your book in audible and it became my bible of running. Everything regarding load, capacity and injury all made sense. I share your videos etc with my friends

With the run walks I want to get back to running I still have IT band syndrome. Would you recommend walk for a 1 min and run for 1 min? To start off with how how many times do I do it for?

What if Julie wasn't pain free when doing phase one and the exercises? I have tried to do a bit of running and walking but still get pain in both knees also some exercises can bring on the pain as well.
