I loved The Color Purple. I felt like I'd just enjoyed a Broadway Musical. The actresses and actors were phenomenal. I hate that people like Taraji feel they were undercompensatedTaraji is worth her weight in gold. I hate that she was paid $500, 000 which reduces to $250, 000 per the IRS; then she has to pay her team 30% of 500, 000 which leaves her with $100, 000... that sucks! She gave a million dollar performance. You go girl! Maybe next time she'll be paid her worth.
