Sir, mere kucch doubts the-
1.) Round 1 mei upgradation lagane ke liye pehle us college mei jana hoga aur saare documents submit karne honge then round 2 ki counselling karni hai aur usme agar mughe better college milta hai to kya wapas mughe round 1 wale college mei jakar apne saare documents aur relieve letter lena hoga ya ye mughe round 2 ki counselling chalu hone se pehle mil jaayenge?
2.) if mughe round 1 college allotment hua aur upgrade ke liye bhi kiya but round 2 mei mughe college hi alot nhi hua to mughe wapas round 1 wale college ki seat retain ho jayegi?

Stray vacancy me agar koi seat join nahi karta hai to next year neet de debared kar diya jayega ye to clear hai
But my Query is that agar kisi stray vacancy me Jo seat alot hua usko join kar liya college ki fees de di
Tab kya wo next year neet de sakta hai na
For example kisi ko bds mila ho stray me and wo mbbs k liye next year try karna chah raha ho
To koi problem nahi hogi na

Sir AIQ ke 2nd round me college Mila aur waha Jake join karne ke baad upgrade kiye aur 3rd round me bhi college mil gaya aur sath hi state counseling se state me bhi college mil gaya aur humko state wala lena hai to AIQ se 3rd round me mile college ko chhor sakte hai ya vice versa
