Sir, if someone gets seat in round 1 and he reports for upgradation .In that case does need to register again or directly only choice filling required in 2 nd round
Same student if doesn’t get upgradation in 2 nd round, is he eligible for upgradation again in 3rd round or he has to join seat allotted in 1st round
